NABARD Recruitment 2021:

NABARD Recruitment 2021: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) conducts various recruitment drive from time to time to select candidates for various positions in the bank. The recruitment is conducted for permanent as well as contractual positions by NABARD. NABARD releases recruitment notification to recruit candidates under Grade A, Grade B and Group C. All NABARD Recruitment Notification is released in online mode on the official website at nabard.org/careers-notices 

The exams conducted by NABARD under various recruitment notification have slightly different eligibility criteria, exam pattern and syllabus. The application process for all the exams are online. In this article we have provided all the details for Grade A, Grade B and Group C exams conducted by NABARD.

NABARD Grade A Salary

Basic Pay: Rs.28,150/- per month

Pay Scale: 28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) – 46600 –EB – 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)-55600

Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance

Initial Gross Emoluments: (Approx) Rs. 62,600/- per month

NABARD Grade B Salary

Basic Pay: Rs.35,150/- per month

Pay Scale: 35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400

Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.

Initial Gross Emoluments: (Approx) Rs. 73,600/- per month

NABARD Grade C Salary

Basic Pay: Rs.10,940/- per month

Pay Scale: Rs.10940-380(4)-12460-440(3)-13780-520(3)-15340- 690(2)-16720-860(4)-20160-1180(3)-23700

NABARD Grade B Eligibility

Candidates can check the NABARD Grade B Eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:

Age Limit: Between 21 to 35 years. Age relaxation for different categories are as follows:

Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed graduation or post-graduation in any subject can apply for the post. The minimum qualifying marks required by the candidates is 60 percent whereas SC/ST/PwBD candidates need 55 percent).

NABARD Recruitment : How to Apply

To apply for NABARD Recruitment 2021, candidates should follow step wise process as mentioned below:  
  1. Visit official website www.nabard.org
  2. Click on Apply Online appearing on homepage.
  3. To register application, click for New Registration.
  4. Enter personal and contact details
  5. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
  6. The registration number and password will be intimated via email and mobile number.
  7. Candidates can save the data by choosing SAVE AND NEXT tab in case candidate is not able to finish the application process in one go.
  8. Candidates should carefully verify the details and click on submit button.
  9. Candidates can validate information by clicking on validate your details and Save & Next
  10. Then, upload photo & signature as per the prescribed guidelines.
  11. Verify all the information and click on final submit.
  12. Then, proceed for payment mode.
 

NABARD Recruitment : Selection Process

The selection process for NABARD Grade A and B is carried out in three phases as mentioned below:
  1. Preliminary Exam
  2. Mains Exam
  3. Interview Process

NABARD Grade A Prelims Exam

The prelims are objective type for total 200 marks. The time duration for prelims is 120 minutes. The paper pattern for NABARD Grade A Prelims exam is tabulated below:

NABARD Grade A Interview

Candidates qualifying mains exam will be called for interview round. The maximum marks for NABARD Grade A Personal Interview is 25. The final merit list will be based on candidates score in the Main exam and the Personal Interview. So, candidates must score high in the Mains and Personal Interview.

NABARD Grade B Mains Exam

The candidates who qualify prelims will be allowed for mains exam. The NABARD Main exam consists of Paper I, II and Paper III.
